NatRem Direct also reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if the delivery or supply of that order is in our opinion too slow, expensive, insecure or problematic. Same Day Shipping Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) on any business day are processed on the same day subject to stock. All other orders are processed on the next business day subject to stock. However, dispatch of goods will be delayed until payment is received for customers using money order or direct transfer payments. From the time of shipment, your order within Australia should be received within 7 working days. Orders outside Australia can take up to 14 days. Payment Your online order is processed via a secure payment gateway. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, money order and direct transfer. Orders paid for by credit card are dispatched immediately, while orders via other payment methods require clearance or payment confirmation prior to dispatch. No item is charged to you until it is actually shipped and items out of stock will be advised. Damages Should you receive an order that is faulty, damaged or has been dispatched incorrectly, it must be reported to us by telephone or email within 2 working days of your receipt of the order. We will request that you post the damaged items to us at your cost, where upon our receipt and inspection, the damaged stock will be promptly replaced at no charge. Orders incorrectly placed by you, the customer, will be refunded if we are informed within 2 working days of you receiving the order and the products are returned unopened, in saleable condition within 21 days. However, in that case any postal charges cannot be refunded. Privacy NatRem Direct agrees to protect any personal information supplied to us during your transaction as being strictly confidential and will retain only your name, shipping address and contact details for a period of time appropriate to the servicing of your account regarding ongoing orders, product returns or Therapeutic Goods Administration requirements etc. Your information will not be used for any other purpose or supplied to any other company and can be deleted at any time by your request. You may be asked if you would like to receive free newsletters or product information and this service will be imply no obligation on your part and be totally optional for a term solely at your discretion. |
